    Production Timeline

    How long it takes.
    Commissions using existing diamonds or gemstones are typically completed within approximately four to six weeks.Commissions involving Stone Development (a stone custom cut or developed for the piece) are typically completed within approximately eight to ten weeks, depending on the complexity of the work.Timelines are confirmed at consultation and begin from the date of your design deposit.If you are working toward a specific date, tell us early and we will plan around it.

    Warranty & Care

    Craftsmanship Guarantee
    Each Sital Jansson piece is crafted to the highest standards of workmanship and quality. Should a manufacturing defect arise within one year of delivery, repairs related to workmanship or construction are completed at no charge. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss of stones, improper use,unauthorised repairs or modifications, or damage resulting from impact or everyday wear.

    Cleaning & Inspection
    Complimentary cleaning and inspection are available for the life of your piece. Regular inspection is recommended to maintain the security of settings and stones.

    Resizing
    Resizing is available for select designs. Because of their construction, certain styles including pavé,contour, and highly integrated designs may not be suitable for resizing;suitability is assessed case by case.

    Service Shipping & Insurance
    For servicing — including cleaning, inspection, resizing, and repairs - shipping and insurance to and from the studio are arranged and paid by the client, unless otherwise agreed.

    As each piece is made to order and created specifically for its wearer, all sales are final.
