Returns & Refunds

Each Sital Jansson piece is made to order and created specifically for its wearer. For this reason, all sales are final.

Because every commission is collaborative — the design, stone, and quotation are approved together before fabrication begins — the finished piece is confirmed with you at every step.

The Design Deposit

Commissions begin with a $1,000 design deposit, applied toward your final purchase. It covers the design work undertaken before fabrication.

The Craftsmanship Guarantee

Should a manufacturing defect in workmanship or construction arise within one year of delivery, it is repaired at no charge. This does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss of stones, or unauthorised repairs. (See Warranty & Care.)
