Shipping, returns, warranty, and the questions we are asked most.
Every piece is made to order. Nothing is sold from stock.
A signature piece can be made with a different stone or metal, and other modifications are possible. A bespoke commission starts from a blank page, designed with Jusleen from the first sketch.
Your own stones can be reset into a new design. We assess the stone at consultation and design around it.
We work in both natural and lab-origin diamonds, with natural shown as the default. For select designs, a stone can be custom cut or developed for the piece, in either origin. We help you choose what suits the design, your priorities, and your budget.
Most commissions begin with a virtual consultation, and most of our clients are remote. In-person appointments in Vancouver are available by arrangement.
Four to six weeks for commissions using existing stones, eight to ten where a stone is custom cut or developed for the piece, sometimes longer. Timelines begin at design confirmation and are confirmed at consultation.
Sizing is confirmed before fabrication. Each piece is made to measure.
Commissions begin with a design deposit, applied toward your final purchase.
Once the design, stone, and quotation are approved together, full payment is made before fabrication begins.
Signature engagement rings begin at $6,000 CAD, fully bespoke commissions at $7,000 CAD. Your full quotation is prepared after consultation.
Canadian clients can trade in existing gold for credit toward a commission. Clients elsewhere are welcome to discuss options at their appointment.
Every piece is delivered fully insured. We ship worldwide. For international destinations, duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
For servicing, shipping and insurance to and from the studio are arranged and paid by the client, unless otherwise agreed.
All sales are final. Each piece is made to order for its wearer, and the design, stone, and quotation are approved together before fabrication begins.
Every piece carries a one-year craftsmanship warranty covering defects in manufacture, workmanship, or construction. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss of stones, or work performed by anyone other than Sital Jansson.
Cleaning and inspection are complimentary for life. Resizing is available for select designs, assessed case by case.
To keep your piece at its best: remove it during sport and manual work, store pieces separately, clean gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush, keep it away from perfume, lotion, and harsh chemicals, and have the settings inspected periodically.
