Founded by designer Jusleen Jansson, Sital Jansson creates highly considered objects in precious metals and gemstones.
The studio’s work begins with form. Influences drawn from architecture, objects, landscapes, and the body are distilled into pieces defined by distinctive silhouettes and an intuitive relationship with the body.
Favouring integration over ornament, each piece is conceived as a single composition, where metal and stone work together rather than in hierarchy.
Every commission begins with a conversation and is made to measure for the person who will wear it.
'My influences are often found outside of jewelry itself. I am drawn to forms that feel resolved and inevitable, and to the way an object sits on the body, moves with it, and becomes part of it over time. Jewelry is the most intimate scale at which to explore those ideas.'
