Shipping & Delivery

Each piece is made to order. Following final finishing, your completed piece is delivered fully insured.

Timelines

Commissions using existing stones are typically completed in approximately four to six weeks. Where Stone Development is involved, approximately eight to ten weeks. Timelines begin from your design deposit and are confirmed at consultation.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide, fully insured. For international destinations, any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Servicing

For servicing — cleaning, inspection, resizing, and repairs — shipping and insurance to and from the studio are arranged and paid by the client, unless otherwise agreed.
