Warranty and Repairs:
Sital Jansson Fine Jewelry provides a 2-year warranty for all lab diamond jewelry purchases. This warranty covers only manufacturer defects. It does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or any unauthorized modifications.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their jewelry upon receipt and report any potential defects promptly. If a manufacturer defect is discovered within the 2-year warranty period, Sital Jansson Fine Jewelry will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item free of charge.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service at support@sitaljansson.com. Proof of purchase and detailed information about the suspected defect may be required.
Please note that any unauthorized attempts to repair the jewelry will void this warranty. The warranty does not cover the replacement of lost or stolen items.
