Yes. Most commissions begin with a virtual consultation, and the majority of our clients are remote. The entire process — consultation, design, approvals, and insured delivery — can be completed from anywhere.

Consultations in Vancouver are hosted in a considered hospitality setting in the city rather than a conventional showroom — an intentionally relaxed, private environment. In-person appointments are available by arrangement; virtual consultations are how most projects begin.

Approximately four to six weeks for commissions using existing stones, and approximately eight to ten weeks where Stone Development (a stone custom cut or developed for the piece) is involved. Timelines begin from your design deposit and are confirmed at consultation.

Commissions begin with a $1,000 design deposit, applied toward your final purchase. Once the design, stone, and quotation are approved, full payment is made before fabrication begins.

Each piece carries a one-year craftsmanship guarantee, with complimentary cleaning and inspection for life. Resizing is available for select designs, assessed case by case. For any servicing, shipping and insurance to and from the studio are arranged and paid by the client, unless otherwise agreed.
