What really stood out to me was the personal approach. From the beginning, Jusleen made the whole process feel tailored to us. I had very little prior knowledge about diamonds or the design process, but she took the time to walk me through the basics, explain the different options and help me understand what I was looking for without ever making it feel overwhelming. Her attention to detail, patience and genuine care gave me confidence that we were in the right hands.

Hamish — the process

The process felt really collaborative and personal. I loved being able to create something unique and personalise the JIND to me, and she was brilliant at guiding me through each decision, from the bigger design choices to the smallest details. She was always happy to explain things, answer questions and make sure everything was just right. It made what could have been quite an intimidating process feel exciting and enjoyable, and it was clear how much thought and care she put into getting every detail right.

My favourite part is knowing that it’s completely personal to us and that so much thought has gone into every detail. It’s beautiful to look at, but what makes it even more special is the fact that it was designed specifically for us. I also love that, having learnt so much through the process, I can really appreciate the details that went into creating it. It’s absolutely perfect.
