Working with Jusleen on a custom engagement ring commission was an incredible experience from start to finish. I honestly had very little knowledge going into the process, but after meeting with a few different designers and narrowing things down, I went with Jusleen because she made everything feel easy and approachable, and her designs stood out to us. She took the time to walk me through every option, explain the details clearly, and provide thoughtful guidance throughout the entire design process. Even when we wanted to make changes or explore different ideas, she was patient, collaborative, and always helped steer us toward the best decisions.

Despite working remotely, the entire experience felt very personal and seamless. The final ring came out absolutely perfect - even better than we imagined - and Christina and I genuinely couldn't be happier with it. You can really tell how much care, craftsmanship, and intention goes into her work.
